Cuz Trader does not provide trading accounts, funding, payment services or brokerage services, and it is not an official website of any reviewed prop firm.

Accuracy and updates

Cuz Trader aims to verify information through official sources. Prop firm rules, prices, eligibility, products and payout policies may change at any time.

Users must confirm current information on the relevant provider’s official website before purchasing or trading. A “last reviewed” date does not guarantee that a rule will remain unchanged.

Third-party websites and transactions

External links lead to third-party websites. Cuz Trader does not control third-party accounts, orders, payments, platforms, data services or payout decisions.

Any purchase or account relationship is governed by the third party’s own terms. A standard official website link does not indicate an existing affiliate relationship.

Affiliate relationships

Cuz Trader has a confirmed affiliate relationship with FundedNext. FundedNext affiliate links are clearly identified near the relevant call to action.

Affiliate relationships with Tradeify, Lucid Trading and Take Profit Trader remain unconfirmed. Future affiliate links or codes will also be labelled clearly near the relevant call to action, and the Affiliate Disclosure will be updated.

There is no guarantee of passing, profitability, payouts or price. The existence of a commission will not remove Cuz Trader’s responsibility to identify sources, uncertainty and material risks.

Intellectual property

Original Cuz Trader text, page design and brand elements are protected by applicable rights. Prop firm names, trademarks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

The website may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not reproduce, sell, impersonate or republish substantial parts of the website without permission.

Prohibited conduct

• Interfering with website security or operation
• Attempting unauthorised access
• Impersonating Cuz Trader
• Using the website for unlawful activity
• Systematically copying or scraping content for commercial republication

Cuz Trader may update, suspend or change website content and features. The website is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
